EXICON CONSULTING PVT LTD ("EXICON", "we", "us", "our") operates this website to manage registrations for UROVIDYA 5.0, organized in academic collaboration with Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital (MPUH), Nadiad and Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, Kolkata. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from you when you register, why we collect it, and how it is used, stored, and protected.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for UROVIDYA 5.0, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Year of training (1st / 2nd / 3rd year)
• College / institution name
• City and state
• An optional account password, if you choose to set one (stored only as a securely hashed value — we never store it in plain text)
• Payment and transaction metadata (order ID, payment ID, payment status, and amount) generated when you pay the registration fee via Razorpay

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, net-banking, or wallet credentials. All payment instrument details are captured directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your registration for UROVIDYA 5.0
• To communicate event updates, schedules, joining instructions, and certificates
• To verify eligibility (year of training) for the event
• To generate receipts and maintain records required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes
• To respond to support requests sent to our contact email or phone
• To comply with applicable law and prevent fraud

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's own privacy policy and terms. We only receive and store the payment status and reference IDs needed to confirm your registration — never your full payment instrument details.

4. Data Storage and Security

Registration data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure (Realtime Database), secured with access-controlled security rules restricting who can read or write records. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay, to process your payment
• Google Firebase / Google Cloud, as our infrastructure and hosting provider
• MPUH, Nadiad and Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, Kolkata, as academic collaborators, solely for event coordination and certificate issuance
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by applicable law

6. Data Retention

We retain registration and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations under Indian law, after which the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to exiconitteam1@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

8. Cookies

This website may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage to keep the registration form functional. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

This event and website are intended for urology trainees and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
