1. General Policy
The ₹1,000 registration fee for UROVIDYA 5.0 is non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed, including in cases where a registered participant chooses not to attend, is unable to attend, or cancels their registration voluntarily. Please review all event details and eligibility criteria carefully before completing payment.
2. Exceptions
A refund will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for a single registration due to a technical error.
- Erroneous charge: if an incorrect amount was debited due to a verifiable payment gateway or system error.
- Event cancellation by the organizer: if EXICON, MPUH Nadiad, or Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals cancels UROVIDYA 5.0 in its entirety and does not reschedule it.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, email exiconitteam1@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, with your registered name, email/mobile number used at registration, and the Razorpay payment ID or order ID. We may request additional information to verify the claim.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 7–10 business days of approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind, inability to attend due to personal reasons, travel or visa issues, or failure to meet eligibility criteria that were disclosed at the time of registration.
