These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for UROVIDYA 5.0 ("the Event"), organized by EXICON CONSULTING PVT LTD ("EXICON", "we", "us", "our") in academic collaboration with Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital (MPUH), Nadiad and Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, Kolkata. By submitting the registration form and making payment on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

UROVIDYA 5.0 is intended for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year urology trainees and related healthcare professionals. We reserve the right to verify the year/college details you provide and to decline or cancel a registration that does not meet eligibility criteria, in which case the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

2. Registration & Fees

• The registration fee for UROVIDYA 5.0 is ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only) per participant, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and signature verification via Razorpay.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit (name, contact details, college, year, city, state). EXICON is not responsible for any issue arising from incorrect information supplied by you.
• Seats/slots, if limited, are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmed payment.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. A payment confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address you provide upon successful transaction.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before registering. In summary, registration fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully completed, except in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges as described in that policy.

5. Event Changes

EXICON, MPUH Nadiad, and Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals reserve the right to modify the Event's date, time, venue, format (including moving to a virtual or hybrid format), speakers, or content due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Registered participants will be notified of any material change via the email or mobile number provided at registration.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the Event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All Event content, including presentations, session materials, and the UROVIDYA branding and logos, remain the property of their respective owners (EXICON, MPUH Nadiad, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, or the respective speakers) and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXICON, MPUH Nadiad, and Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including travel or accommodation costs) arising from your registration or attendance, or from any change, postponement, or cancellation of the Event.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes connected with registering for UROVIDYA 5.0, and not to submit false information or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website or payment systems.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your registration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and apply prospectively.
